i know. this photo is thrashed. it's a fine piece of memorabilia from my family archives, and has been on my fridge for at least 3 years. my mom and dad on their wedding day. the highlight: my dad's gaze at the neon pink liquid in his glass. wouldn't mind inserting a thought bubble here and offering up prizes for the best entries. or better yet, making this a contest along the lines of the new yorker cartoon contest, my favorite page of that magazine.
